Weighted Sobolev Inequalities via Optimal Mass Transport

Optimal mass transport is a versatile tool for proving geometric and functional inequalities. In this talk I will present this method in showing sharp Sobolev and Gagliardo-Nirenberg inequalities with homogeneous weights. These are joint works with S. Don, C. Gutierrez and A. Kristály.
